More attractive working conditions as of 2024

HEULE Werkzeug AG wants to become an even more attractive employer. The working week will therefore be reduced from 42 to 40 hours from 2024. Ulf Heule, CEO, explains the change: "Our employees are working hard for our company every day, which is an important basis for our success. That's why it's important to us that they benefit from attractive working conditions now and in the future." The family-run company is responding to the desire for a better work-life balance and a modern working culture with this adjustment of the working conditions.
