New Solar Panel Installation on the roof at HEULE

A total of 606 solar panels have been installed on the 1,600 m² roof, providing a peak electrical output of 257 kW. The installation is expected to produce about 1.5 GWh of renewable electricity per year. This will allow HEULE to cover about 10% of its current electricity needs.

HEULE attaches great importance to the careful use of resources and sustainable thinking and acting. Since 2007, the company building at its headquarters in Switzerland has been cooled and heated with groundwater. Its CO² emissions are close to 0%. Now, another important milestone is the new photovoltaic system.
