DMG MORI now includes the Swiss-made precision tools of HEULE, used for the machining of bore edges on both sides of the workpiece, in its programme DMQP (DMG MORI Qualified Products).
With the programme DMQP, DMG MORI offers its customers all-in-one manufacturing solutions with accurately coordinated peripheral and technology components. This programme gives customers the opportunity to equip their machines with technologies of the highest quality. The DMQP partners are companies in the categories tools, clamping devices, tool holders, driven tools, lubricants and software. The basis of the DMQP programme is a collaborative, trustful and sustainable cooperation. What all DMQP partners have in common is their technology and quality expertise, which has qualified them for the exclusive DMQP quality certification.
This new certification takes the long-standing partnership between HEULE and DMG MORI to the next level. On one side, HEULE benefits from the quality of several machines from DMG MORI in its machine park at its headquarters in Switzerland. On the other side, DMG MORI uses the precision tools of HEULE for applications at several production sites worldwide. Interesting turnkey projects have been realised together in recent years. HEULE’s participation in the DMQP programme will further intensify and globally expand this cooperation.
